Nanny part 2

Well i have just been to Liverpool with my mother to see her mum (my nanny) she was very unwell over the last week, slowly picking up now .. 84 and un - well .. please say prayers for her recovery .. many thanks.
Work tomorrow but i have nan in my prayers x x

Nanny

My catholic grandmother who bore eight children my mother of whom is one is seriously ill in hospital, she slipped on ice and broke her femur she is eighty four and had to have it pinned.

She is in and out of it due to pain killers - i love my grandmother more than life as we are a close knit family .. please send prayers and love our way !!

let it snow ....

The weather has been bad of late - but you can't help but love snow,the way it sparkles and makes everything look so clean and fresh like the earth was never mucky or dirty. This has been the biggest and deepest amount of snow we have had in a long,long time =) It reminds me of when i lived in the French Alps for three months,i have some fond memories of those times.

That's one of our ex batts - they are so healthy since we took them both in,we also have a mix of silkie hybrids. They are at point of lay,so hopefully in the spring all the girls will start laying - i predict eight eggs a day and plenty of sponge cakes and buns !!

might i add ..

We have nine chickens,two cats,two guinea pigs,four fish .............. And a partridge in a pear tree !!

Man not included

Having just recently started up with a new girlfriend the idea of a ready made family appealed to me,two children aged three and five.I guess when you fall in love with someone you have to accept the whole package - i knew what was going to happen but i guess getting involved in three peoples lives instead of one is enough for any strong willed,handsome butch like myself.

The little boy is a deep,thoughtful young man he puts up with his sisters tantrums alot,he has a shock of blonde hair and blue eyes.
The little girl is i guess you could say like any little girl - when she is nice she is very very nice but when she is bad she's the devil incarnate !! She has shoulder length blonde hair,blue eyes and argues with me .. ok is it so bad for a thirty two year old to bicker with a three year old ?? I don't think so we just love sparring off eachother she is three going on thirty and thinks she knows it all .. anyway her mum just rolls here eyes when we get into one of our "i am right,you are not" bickering sessions !! And laughs at me for falling into it everytime !!

The little girl informed me today that and i quote "Jesus is one of santa's reindeer" heaven help the future of our nation lol =)
